Affiliate marketing is a type of performance-based marketing in which a business rewards one or more affiliates for each visitor or customer brought by the affiliate's own marketing efforts.(Wiki)
In affiliate marketing you need to hire one's business. For eg you I have three pens and I would tell you to sell these pens and then I will give you 10% total commission that is called affiliate marketing
